Brandon Hansen

Co-owner

Brandon was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Virginia to live with his grandparents. There he grew up in a small agricultural town in Patrick Springs. Throughout high school his love for plants was pursued through classes, clubs and afterschool programs. These included agricultural classes, the FFA as well as the forestry team. When not busy with after school activities he helped his grandfather on the small 13 acre farm where they reside. Happenings on the farm ranged from raising chickens to raising small crops as well as constant construction on the land (i.e. fencing, landscaping, basic land maintenance). After high school and some college Brandon sought a job where he could be constantly productive and become an asset. He entered the manufacturing industry at RockTenn. There he learning the mechanics of machines that ran, printed and assembled corrugated boxes. After a sad plant closure the industry led him to Solutia later taken over by Eastman Chemical, where he learned how to run machines involved in laminating and finishing film products such as window tint for high performance cars and buildings. After over 5 years of service at Eastman the call to plants became too much to ignore and he decided to move to Colorado to pursue a passion in growing cannabis. While in Colorado he managed an indoor grow as well as assistant managed an entire dispensary. Brandon also had the chance to work with his seed supplier on their hemp farm, Weed Should Taste Good LLC, located in Hotchkiss, Colorado. After receiving his unexpected license approval he started Tegridy Farms LLC in Patrick Springs, Virginia.

Justin Snavely

Co-owner

Justin grew up on a small functional farm in rural Pennsylvania. In high school he always had a passion for the sciences and an interest in medicine. In high school he competed in Envirothon where he tested his knowledge against others in the earth sciences, earth content, local wildlife and fauna. Following his initial interest in medicine, Justin obtained a degree in radiology from Clarion University and received his clinical training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. In 2017 he moved to Colorado where he initially managed an urgent care. He transitioned into the cannabis industry where he was welcomed with open arms and became enthralled in the free passage of information and the willingness to help others succeed in the cannabis industry. He became even more passionate about helping patients use cannabis as an alternative form of medicine while working at Nature’s Herbs and Wellness. After working with Brandon for the better part of a year we wanted to work toward realizing our own dreams and aspirations in the industry. With the approval of our cultivation and extraction permits in Virginia we did just that, moving across the country to start our farm.
